For someone wants to observe the “birds of prey” up-close, Tal Chhapar and Jorbeer in Rajasthan are two names that come to mind. After a splendid trip to Dandeli, I had another trip scheduled; this time to Solapur with Wild India Eco Tours. This was my 1st birding trip with a group that is into arranging wildlife trips across India. I was not really sure what to expect as I had never been on such a trip before. My journey started with boarding the Siddheshwar express at 2:30 AM from Pune station. Everyone else had boarded the train from Mumbai and fortunately we all were in the same boogie.
